How to wrap a bottle of wine with tissue paper: 1) unpack your tissue paper - you will need just 1 sheet 2) place your bottle in the middle of the tissue paper 3) pull up one corner of the tissue to the top of the bottle, then pull sections upwards so the crease and keep repeating the pulls all around the bottle. You can add a bit of tape half way to secure the pulls if you need. Securing the pleats at the neck of the bottle will make it easier to continue. 4) wrap some string or a ribbon around the neck to secure the tissue 5) use some of the spare tissue to cover the top of the bottle if you wish Hope that helps and drop me any more wrapping requests in the comments!
