#sponsored | Baldur's Gate 3 is now available on Playstation 5! https://bit.ly/QuincysTavern_BaldursGate3 Enjoy a hearty and flavorful stew straight from the harbours of Baldur's Gate! #QuincysTavern #BaldursGate3 Baldurian Seafood Stew Serves About 4 Ingredients: 3 Tbs - Olive Oil or Butter 1/2 white onion - chopped 1 Tbs - minced Garlic 8oz - Clam Juice (can be substituted with chicken or vegetable stock) 1 cup - water 14oz - crushed Tomatoes 1/2 Tbs - Tomato Paste 6-8oz white fish (cod, tilapia, haddock) cut into 1 inch cubes 6-8oz raw shrimp, peeled and deveined 6-8oz mussels 1 cup - frozen peas Salt to taste Pepper to taste Red Pepper flakes (optional) Parsley to taste Oregano to taste Steps: In a large pot, add olive oil (or butter) and sauté white onions and garlic for 3-5 minutes on medium high heat or until tender. Add tomato paste and cook for another 3 minutes, stirring to combine. Add red pepper flakes, clam juice, water, and crushed tomatoes. Bring to a simmer. When bubbling add, frozen peas, cut fish, shrimp, and mussels. Let simmer for 3-5 minutes or until the fish is fully cooked and the mussels open. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Garnish with Parsley, and Oregano Serve hot with bread.

Peppers & Pennies: a creamy one-pot pasta dish with just the right amount of spice! . Ingredients: 1. 1/2 onion - chopped 2. 14oz andouille sausage - cut into “pennies” 3. 2 tbs of olive oil 4. 15oz can of tomato sauce 5. 1 cup of water 6. 1/2 cup of sliced jalapeños 7. 1/2 tbs of chicken bouillon powder 8. 8oz short pasta of choice 9. 4oz cream cheese 10. Salt and pepper to taste. . Steps: 1. In a medium pot, add oil and cook onions and sausage on medium high for 5 minutes. 2. Add tomato sauce, water, chicken bouillon, and jalapeños. Bring to a boil. 3. Add uncooked pasta and stir, making sure the pasta is submerged. Then simmer for 10-12 minutes. Or until pasta is tender. 4. Add cream cheese and stir and season. 5. Serve warm. . Not necessarily entirely cozy. But McKenzie and I wanted to be transparent. Our trip to California was necessary but hard. Hindsight is always 20/20, right? But we’re glad to say that at least we’re home safe and sound. And that McKenzie has appointments with local doctors to hopefully find some solutions or answers to why her medical conditions are worsening without any way to find out why. . The main reason for the trip was to make approvals for the printing of the cookbook and we’re honestly glad we did. . We can’t wait to deliver these to our Kickstarter backers and soon to the world!. . if you’ve made it this far, thank you. And also for your patience with me. Every year as a personal tradition, I write a letter to myself the night before my birthday. (I’m turning 29 if you were curious lol) I used to hate my birthday, because I never believed I was someone worth celebrating. But through working on my own mental health, I’ve learned that celebrating yourself is incredibly freeing and helps combat those moments of doubt and self-loathing.
