It’s back to school and I’m making Chicken Teriyaki Musubis lunch for my kids with Kikkoman® Teriyaki Takumi, Original @Kikkoman USA. My girls don’t like sandwiches, but they love Musubis! I marinated chicken thighs with Kikkoman® Teriyaki Takumi, Original and cooked on the stovetop. I then added the chicken teriyaki into my mold with rice and pineapple and wrapped it in Nori. It’s perfect to pack for lunch or even grab and go meal. Save my copycat recipe for Wingstop Fries and Ranch. I cut up 4 large russet potatoes, soaked in cold water, rinsed, dried and sprinkled 1 1/2 tbsps of cornstarch and 3 tbsps of avocado oil. Bake in the oven at 450f degrees for 30 minutes or 40 minutes for more crispy. The fry seasoning is 1/2 tsp of brown sugar, sugar, salt, pepper, chili powder, garlic powder and onion powder. The ranch dressing is 1/2 cup of mayo, 1/2 cup of buttermilk and 1 packet of ranch seasoning. #wingstop #wingstopranch #frenchfries

How to make The Phozilla. Basically it’s a Extra Large Beef Pho Bowl with a Whole Lobster and Beef Ribs. I made it for my husbands birthday dinner, but it’s definitely meant to be shared. I started with parboiling beef ribs, beef neck bones and beef bones with marrow for 20 minutes until the scum floated to the top. Next drain and rinse the meat and add 12 quarts of fresh water, 2 large charred onions and 4oz of charred ginger, 1/2 cup fish sauce, 1/4 cup salt and 4oz of rock sugar or 4 tbsps of sugar. The spice bag I has 1 1/2 ounces of cinnamon sticks, cardamom, fennel seeds, coriander seeds and star anise. Cover with a lid and boil for 5 hours on medium heat. Some of the water evaporates at this point so add another quart of water and then taste the broth to see if it needs more seasoning like fish sauce, salt or sugar. So always adjust to your liking. Boil the rice noodles for 45 seconds and rinse under cold water. For garnish chop up green onions and cilantro, add Thai basil and bean sprouts and squeeze lime juice. I served with sliced round eye steak, beef ribs from the pot and a whole boiled lobster. Boil lobster for 10-12 minutes covered per pound and 3-4 minutes for each additional pound. #pho #phozilla #vietnamesefood

Save my recipe for Salmon Spring Rolls with Vietnamese Nuoc Cham Sauce! It’s one of my favorite go to dinners with the family. I seasoned my salmon with just salt, pepper and garlic powder because the Nuoc Cham sauce has a lot of flavor already. I then air fried my salmon and rolled in rice paper with lettuce, cilantro and cucumber. The dipping sauce is 4 tbsp of warm water, 4 tbsp of fish sauce, 2-3 tbsp of lime, 4 tbsp of sugar, 4 garlic cloves minced and 2 sliced Thai chilies. #springrolls #vietnamesespringrolls #summerrolls

Save my recipe for Mango Sago! It’s an refreshing Asian Dessert that’s perfect for Hot Summer Days! Start with 1 cup tapioca pearls and simmer for 10 minutes, then turn the heat off, cover with a lid for another 10 minutes and then rinse under cold water. In a large bowl add 3 cubed mangoes, 1 jar drained coconut jelly, cooked sago, 1 can evaporated milk, 1 can coconut milk and 2/3 cup condensed milk. I made the Worlds largest Deviled Egg with a Ostrich Egg! I boiled it for 1 1/2 hours and then ice bath for 30 minutes. The shell is very hard so it took a while to crack and peel. Next scoop out the yolk and add mayo, mustard, sweet relish, salt and pepper. Squeeze back onto the egg and dust paprika and sprinkle chopped chives. It honestly just taste like a chicken egg! #ostrichegg #deviledeggs #eggrecipes

Replying to @Stacia Holland Save and Share my recipe for Homemade Sriracha! I know there’s a sriracha shortage and I’ve seen bottles being sold online up to $80 so I decided to make my own. The ingredient are 1 pound of red jalapeños, 4 cloves of garlic, 1 tbsp of salt, 2 tbsp of sugar and 1/4 cup water. Blend and pour into a glass container and seal. Place on the counter for 7 days to ferment and then simmer for 15 minutes with 1/4 cup of vinegar. Strain through a mesh for a smooth Sriracha sauce and it’s ready to eat! I can’t have Pho without it! #sriracha #hotsauce #recipes

Save my recipe for Chicken Pho also known as Vietnamese Chicken Noodle Soup. The ingredients are three chicken leg quarters or one whole chicken, large pot of water, two or three small onions, four ounces of ginger, 2 ounces of rock sugar, 2 tbsp fish sauce, 2 tsp salt ( I always adjust amount according to my taste preference with salt and fish sauce) and in my spice bag is fennel seeds, coriander seeds, Star anise, cinnamon stick and cardamom. Bring heat to high, cover with a lid, bring down to medium low and cook for 45 to an hour minutes. Adding quail eggs is optional, but highly recommended if you can find it. Cook rice noodles in boiling water for 45 seconds and rinse under cold water immediately. Garnish with cilantro, green onions, a fresh squeeze of lime juice. For condiments add chili garlic oil, hoisin and sriracha. #chickenpho #phoga #vietnamesefood

Save my recipe for Asian Cucumber Salad! I’ve just so happen to have all the ingredients for a Asia cucumber salad minus the green onions so I whipped it for a healthy mid day snack. Start with 5-6 Persian cucumber and spiral cut them. Add about 1 1/2 tbsps of salt in between the slices and let set for about 15-20 minutes before rinsing with cold water. Pat dry with a paper towel and add 1 tbsp minced garlic, 1/3 cup sliced onions, 1/4 sliced green onions if you have it, 1 tbsp soy sauce, 2 tbsp rice vinegar, 2 tbsp gochugaru aka Korean pepper powder ( add 1 tbsp if you want it less spicy) 1 tbsp brown sugar and 1 tbsp sesame seeds. Mix and eat immediately. The longer it sits the more soggy it will become. #asiancucumbersalad #spiralcucumber #cucumberkimchi
