There's multiple ways to win the game of biz and money. Start thinking about different pricing models and what makes sense for the level of experience and skills you have. Figure out if you want to beat your competition on Price or Value and stick to it. You can be the cheapest option in the market and take over all the buyers that buy on price and there's nothing wrong with that as long as you sell a quality product and can do it in high quantity. Some of the biggest billion dollar companies run on this model. Or you could price your products much higher but ramp up the value to make it make sense. You'll have to be the best to demand these prices but if you can deliver more perceived value to your customers than the prices they are paying then you will dominate during the recession. Understand that neither option is right or wrong but they are options and as a biz owner you need to be educated and making strategic choices to thrive in this recession.
