Ultimate Buffalo Chicken Dipā€¦ Ā  Itā€™s no question thatĀ Buffalo chicken dip is the ultimateĀ big gameĀ food and weā€™re taking it to the next level.Ā  Ā  After removing the chicken skin, season with McCormickĀ @Grill Mates Coarse Black Pepper and Flake SaltĀ and smoke low and slow. After glazing with a combination ofĀ Frankā€™sĀ and BBQ sauce, this shredded chicken adds a smokey undertone that mostĀ Buffalo chicken dip is missing. Ā  But the real game changer is the crispy chicken skin on top. Not only does it incorporate texture, but it adds a punch of ā€œbacon-yā€ umami that I promise will have your guests licking their plates! Ā  Buffalo Cheese Sauce: -8 oz cream cheese block -1 cup Frankā€™sĀ RedHotĀ Sauce -1/2 cup ranch dressing -1/2 cup bleu cheese dressing -1T garlic powder -blackĀ pepper Ā  Buffalo Chicken Dip: -one smoked skinless chicken seasoned with McCormickĀ Grill MatesĀ Coarse Black Pepper and Flake Salt -crispy chicken skin seasoned with McCormickĀ Grill MatesĀ Coarse Black Pepper and Flake Salt (Bake weighed down at 325F until crispy) -heat cream cheese, Frankā€™s, ranch, bleu cheese, garlic powder and black pepper, mix until smooth -combine with shredded whole chicken, 1 cup cheddar cheese, 1 cup mozzarella cheese, 1/2 cup sliced green onions -pour into baking dish -top with: jalapeƱo slices, crumbled bleu cheese, cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese -bake at 350F for 20 minutes, broil until crispy -top with crushed crispy chicken skin #ad #mccormickpartner #buffalochickendip #buffalochicken #crispy #chickenskin #footballappetizer

24k Gold Dry Aged Ribeyeā€¦ Happy new year everyone! Over the years weā€™ve done tons of dry aging experiments. A common theme is that adding flavors and sauces on the exterior (before dry aging) leads to extremely mild changes, so injecting beforehand was inevitable. My big concern was that doing so would create pockets of air on the inside and lead to mold growth, but fortunately this didnā€™t happen at all. The @FYR hot sauce distributed evenly and the combination was surprisingly good (if you like Buffalo wings). Youā€™ll also notice I didnā€™t remove the pellicle on this one. For one, I just didnā€™t have the heart to cut off and throw away goldā€¦ but also, the gold leaf seemed to protect the meat and there was almost no pellicle to remove even after 30 days. There are so many more cost effective ways to prevent a pellicle from forming (like adding beef tallow), but when using gold sauce on NYE, it had to happen. Check out fyr.com to try our new sauces!
