Had a client ask me what they could do instead of Bulgarian split squats so I sent them this vid. A great option if you want a good glute biased single leg movement that’s very stable. My first time front squatting in around 6 years if I remember correctly. @Amy Luong and the @villagehiddeniniron team were pushing me so I had to actually try. I know the inevitable “well how many sets should I do??” Is coming with a post like this. I can tell you how many I’m doing but that also wouldn’t really benefit you since what you’ll be able to recover and progress with will likely be different.  As always I recommend starting low. Assuming 2-3 min rest times and 0-2 RIR for majority of sets you could make progress with anywhere from 1-12 maybe more sets a week. FULL LAT BICEP TRICEP WORKOUT Didn’t get to hit tris yesterday during my chest and leg session so I just threw a couple sets of pushdowns in today.  WIDE GRIP PULLDOWNS 2x6-8  NEUTRAL GRIP ROWS 2x8-10 (You can go lower reps I just like getting a lil more of a lat pump from these)  TRICEP LONG ROPE PUSHDOWNS 2x6-8 SEATED NO CHEAT DB CURLS 2x4-7 Took me around 60min to finish maybe even a little less with 2-3 min rest times.
